Comfortable Stay with Excellent Service
luggage storage shower facilities
I appreciated the hotel's assistance with luggage storage after checkout because my flight was late. I was also able to use the shower facilities, very convenient. The staff member, Alliyah, provided excellent service at check-in and was very friendly. James, the assistant security manager, ensured my belongings were secure, so I could explore the area.

The breakfast included a good selection of food, so many options to choose from, and everything tasted delicious. There was an ample menu served in three different restaurants at the hotel.

The hotel is located near the Havelock MRT station. It is a five minute walk. The hotel is near shopping malls, so it is easy to access them. The hotel features balconies in the rooms.

Jahan provided excellent customer service with pleasant words and helpful actions. She was very accommodating and patient when answering my questions. The staff at the lobby were helpful and understanding. They directed me to the lift.

unhelpful staff shoddy job
The front desk staff was not very helpful with my requests, so much that I had to go down to get my own additional quilt! Any request beyond that point felt pointless. It seemed like I knew I would hear some excuse. Basic vacuuming would not be done. After a long day, the least I wanted was a clean room! The icing on the cake was when I asked for bags to be brought down for check out. I waited 20 minutes, and no one assisted. I checked out myself, and there was not a word of apology.

Solid Hotel Near Havelock MRT

I had a room with a balcony. The location proved very convenient. Havelock MRT station was only a short walk away. The staff were also attentive. They ensured my needs were met throughout my stay.
I noted the gym closes relatively early, at 9 PM. This made it difficult for me to get a workout after a long day. Extended hours would have been more convenient.

Breakfast featured varied options including Western, Chinese, and Indian cuisine. A wide selection was available. The buffet was great, and the manager recommended that I mix porridge with black bean fish, tasty. It provided a solid start to the day.

an okay stay, but some issues
non-functioning steam room poor food quality
alfred at the front desk was very helpful, he made check in easy.
the steam room did not work and the sauna was barely warm. also, they tried to charge me extra for breakfast even though it was included in my rate. i found the food quality to be below what i expected for the price.
